How Taxpert Labs Is Built
Taxpert Labs is a software platform that automates tax strategy analysis for high-income professionals. We use programmatic APIs across advertising, payments, AI, and data infrastructure to operate and scale the business.
Google Ads API
Programmatic Campaign ManagementTaxpert Labs uses the Google Ads API to programmatically manage its own paid search campaigns. As a direct-to-consumer software product, we operate Search and Performance Max campaigns targeting high-income professionals in South Florida and nationally.
Our internal tooling — built on top of the Google Ads API — handles campaign auditing, keyword performance analysis, bid strategy optimization, conversion tracking verification, and automated budget pacing. These tools are operated exclusively by Taxpert Labs to manage its own Google Ads account (Customer ID: 400-415-8913).
We access the API through a Manager Account (MCC) to enable programmatic control over campaign structure, ad group management, keyword bidding, and conversion data reporting. All API usage is for first-party campaign management — we do not manage third-party advertiser accounts.

Taxpert uses Stripe's API for checkout sessions, subscription management, and webhook processing. All payment data is handled by Stripe — Taxpert does not store card information.
The core Taxpert AI Tax Strategist is powered by the Anthropic Claude API. Users interact with a tax strategy agent that analyzes their financial profile against 35+ IRS-backed strategies.
User authentication, session management, and identity verification are handled via Clerk's API. Taxpert does not store passwords — all auth is managed through Clerk.
User profiles, tax analysis results, and subscription data are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon's serverless platform.
Taxpert Labs is deployed on Vercel's edge network. The platform uses Vercel's serverless functions for all API routes and edge middleware for authentication.
Data Handling & Privacy
Taxpert Labs collects only the data necessary to provide its tax strategy analysis service. User data is never sold to third parties. All API integrations are governed by their respective terms of service and Taxpert Labs' own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
